A security company that sells one box in three sizes ends up putting a sensor where it's easy to run wire, not where your house needs it. We do it the other way. Someone comes out, walks the property with you, looks at how you actually come and go, and designs the system around that: which doors get contacts, where motion makes sense, what the panel needs to cover a detached garage or a converted room the builder never wired for. The panel itself is Digital Monitoring Products, the brand we've installed under our own state fire licence since 1993.
What happens after the walkthrough
You get a free estimate first, no charge for the visit and no pressure to sign anything on the spot. Once you approve the design, our own crew installs it and sets the panel up on your schedule and your budget, not a bundled tier. Everything we put in carries a one-year warranty on parts and labour, and if something needs adjusting after move-in, whether that's a sensor that's a little too sensitive or a code you want changed, that's a phone call, not a new invoice.
