Central Vacuum
Whole-house cleaning that goes in before the walls do
The Beam Central Cleaning System, ducted through the frame during a new build or a gut renovation, so the whole house pulls to one quiet unit instead of a machine you drag room to room.
Why this is a new-build and renovation job
A central vacuum has to be roughed in before the drywall closes, so the timing only works two ways: a new build, where the pipe goes in with the rest of the mechanicals, or a major renovation, where the walls are already open for something else. We install the Beam Central Cleaning System, which pulls from a unit set outside the living space, so the noise and the dust bin stay out of the room you're cleaning.
What it's actually rated to do
Carpet, hardwood, vinyl and tile floors, upholstery and furniture, and the vents themselves. It's quieter than a portable machine because the motor lives away from you, more convenient because there's no unit to haul between rooms, and it pulls dust, dirt and allergens out through a sealed line instead of recirculating them through a bag or a filter you're standing next to.
